Occupying 86 acres of strategically positioned land, this project represents the creation of a landmark Industrial Training Facility and Technology Hub, purpose-built to attract defence-industry and technology-focused businesses. The Bungendore Industrial Training Facility and Technology Hub project has been in detailed discussions with potential tenants, purchasers and Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Council to discuss the design and staging of the precinct. A Development Application is currently being prepared for the first stage of the development which is expected to be submitted to Council in mid 2026.
